Easterseals’ Military & Veterans Services is seeking a Director of Clinical Services to provide consultation to staff, monitor budgets, perform data analysis, create outcome- based reports, develop outreach strategies, build relationships with community partners, facilitate trainings, serve on committees, provide direct clinical services to clients and manage performance of assigned staff. 

This position requires a Master’s Degree in Human Services, Social Work or related field, LICSW with five years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting. Understanding of military culture and evidence-based treatment with Veterans’ population is preferred.
