FamilyAid Hiring BSW/MSW Bilingual Case Manager
To support our growth strategies, the agency seeks a dynamic and driven BSW/MSW Bilingual Case Manager to support the agency's deepening services to more than 5,000 families. The BSW/MSW Bilingual Case Manager will provide housing search, placement and stabilization case management incorporating 2-generation services to precariously housed, doubled up and homeless families.
The Case Manager will engage with families identified through several programs including those with Boston Public Schools, Boston Children’s Hospital and other partner organizations with three primary objectives: 1) ensure that families obtain or maintain permanent housing 2) ensure families’ connections to community-based services that promote self-sufficiency and 3) assess and enroll children in appropriate social and emotional (SEL) learning and development programs provided by the school system and other community-based programs.
As part of these objectives, the Case Manager will conduct program intakes and enrollments, and assess needs for housing stability, support needed housing search and applications, employment, enhanced financial literacy, physical and behavioral health services, and children’s support services.
The successful candidate will have a BSW or MSW degree, three-five years of professional social work experience. Spanish bilingual fluency is required.

Speare Memorial Hospital’s Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine office is seeking a Part-Time Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide behavioral health assessment, counseling, family therapy, referrals and intervention services. A few of the services the individual in this position would be providing short-term individual mental health counseling in areas of personal, educational, interpersonal relationships, family, social and psychological issues. Counseling sessions will be held in-person and/or telehealth environment; Establishing relationships and liaisons with outside agencies in order to provide appropriate student referrals, as well as student development education training programs; Provide assessment, education and intervention around alcohol and drug abuse., using best practice models to address abuse of alcohol and drugs in both a campus and community environment, including referrals made through our Student Conduct process.
