Clinical Alliance Services, LLC is hiring independently licensed clinical social workers for telehealth or hybrid full-time (30 hr/wk) or part-time (20 or 24 hr/wk) Psychotherapist positions: $90K - $100K FTE!

Clinical Alliance Services, LLC is a small group practice serving the Cambridge and Boston communities. We have developed a practice model that provides our clinical staff with the experience of a private practice and support of a group practice. Psychotherapists are encouraged to utilize their clinical expertise to independently guide treatment with the support of weekly clinical consultation meetings. Our staff participates in well-established community training opportunities, as professional development is a key feature of our practice, and generous annual professional development stipends are offered to each employee.

We offer individual, couples and family therapy to adult populations, including college-aged students, comprising a significant proportion of our client population. Psychotherapists provide weekly or twice-weekly therapy, based on client needs. Our model is heavily influenced by psychodynamic, psychoanalytic and relational / attachment-based treatment approaches. Psychotherapists are encouraged to participate in paid training at local psychoanalytic training institutes. We also recruit psychotherapists trained in CBT and other validated treatment approaches, as we value the flexibility to deliver integrative treatment approaches to best meet client needs.

Candidates must be independently licensed (or eligible for independent licensure) in the state of Massachusetts and have solid psychodynamic and / or cognitive-behavioral outpatient experience with adults, in addition to demonstrated multicultural competence. Clinicians interested in psychoanalytic / psychodynamic training are strongly encouraged to apply.

We offer competitive compensation, excellent colleagues and beautiful office settings. Full-time and part-time positions are available. Health insurance (BCBS HMO and PPO), dental insurance, vision insurance, 401K with employer match and 4 week of annual PTO available to both full-time and part-time employees. Work-life balance is important to our practice. Full-time positions are 30 hrs/wk (approximately 25 weekly client sessions) and part-time positions are 20 or 24 hrs/wk (approximately 16 or 20 weekly client sessions). While clinicians can work additional hours (with commensurate compensation) if they choose, we strongly encourage work-life balance and focus on providing high quality clinical care. Psychotherapists set their own schedules and decide whether to meet with clients in-person or via telehealth. No on-call hours are required. This position is ideal for clinicians balancing other life interests and responsibilities, such as teaching, family, and educational pursuits.

Flexible start date (ideally Sept 2022). Email cover letter and CV to jobs@clinicalallianceservices.com for consideration.
